Pet Policy

We strive to provide mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our residents. It’s imperative that ALL our residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.

We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to adhere to the property's pet and animal policies, even if you do not have a pet or animal. All applicants should complete a Pet, No Pet, or Animal Profile.

I don't actually live here myself, but I visit this community a lot when I come hang out with my cuzzo. I must say the communal areas are always spotless and the apartments themselves are super modern and nice. My cuz had a BBQ here in the courtyard and the grills and tables were perfect for a fun, family gathering. Also, this area in Burbank is perfect: close to parks, shopping, grocery stores, ikea, restaurants, and freeway access. I was also very impressed with the management.

I moved into Taiko Village almost a year ago and I have to say, it has been the best apartment experience I've ever had. Anytime something needed to be fixed in my apartment, the property manager, Judith, had someone over to my apartment within the hour to fix it. Judith has always been very helpful and she takes care of her tenants. I will recommend Taiko Village to anyone looking to move to the burbank area.

I absolutely love living here! Judith, the property manager, made our relocation from out of state so much easier! She has gone well beyond her job duties for my family! I could write a book about how awesome she is. The property stays clean and is well maintained. If you ever need anything, maintenance is great. They are very friendly and handle requests timely. I have lived at Taiko for almost five months. I must say that I truly enjoy living here and I love the staff as well as the residents. It's a quiet and well maintained property. The most amazing place to live The Plaza at Sherman Oaks has been deemed by a lot of my friends as a resort, we normally have our get-togethers here, the staff is awesome, they are all so helpful, I probably know every security guard, the clerks and the housekeepers, I love it here, is a wonderful place to be a bachelor, to be married, even to raise your kids, it has a great dog park, you can have a lot of fun and exercise in the basketball court or the tennis court and the gym.
